Walking distance to the village, Whistler Cay Estates is one of our premier residential family neighbourhoods.

Blackcomb Benchlands

Blackcomb's famous 'ski-in / ski-out' neighbourhood, The Benchlands is home to many wonderful condominiums and townhomes zoned for nightly rentals.

White Gold

On the shores of Fitzsimmons Creek, White Gold is one of Whistler's most desirable residential neighbourhoods. Offering sunny, flat lots, and a short walk into Whistler Village.

Nesters

Nesters is a small neighbourhood just north of Whistler Village, with many homes offering beautiful views of the ski resort, and easy walking distance to Whistler Village and Nesters Market.

Spruce Grove

Spruce Grove is a wonderful community located just north of Whistler Village, where you'll find softball diamonds, the Waldorf school, and convenient access to Lost Lake.

Green Lake Estates

Situated on the shores of Green Lake, this neighbourhood is home to many beautiful chalets and exceptional townhomes, along with the legendary Nicklaus North golf course.

Alpine Meadows

Largely regarded as Whistler's favourite family neighborhood, Alpine Meadows offers many exceptional homes, about 5 minutes north of the village.

Rainbow

Whistler's newest residential neighborhood, Rainbow offers exceptional views of green lake, along with a grocery store, coffee shop, and other great amenities.

Emerald

Known for large lots, Emerald Estates is home to many local Whistler families. About 10 minutes north of Whistler Village, and immediately bordering Green Lake.
